1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Non-Refundable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products
  • Items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or storage

3. Our Responsibility

  • If a product arrives defective, expired, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will provide a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.
  • In such cases, return shipping will be covered by Beauty Nepal.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • If the return is not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), the customer must bear the cost of return shipping.
  • Products must be returned in their original, undamaged condition.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (FonePay, eSewa, Khalti, debit/credit card, etc.) within 7 working days after we receive the returned product.
